2026年2月19日19時(shí)40分，河南省平頂山市郟縣茨芭鎮(zhèn)楊某與丁某洛因電動(dòng)二輪車碰撞引發(fā)口角。楊某兒子劉某飛、兒媳韓某娜到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，對(duì)丁某洛同行的姐姐丁某樂及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)人員郭某、張某凡、薛某源進(jìn)行辱罵、毆打。目前，公安機(jī)關(guān)已對(duì)犯罪嫌疑人劉某飛、韓某娜采取刑事強(qiáng)制措施。案件正在進(jìn)一步辦理中。
