智通財經APP訊，協合新能源(00182)發布公告，于2026年2月13日買方Blue Heron Solar, LLC(本公司的全資附屬公司)與供應方Trina Energy Storage Solutions US Inc簽署采購合同，并于2026年2月20日交易時段后，買方向供應方發出采購訂單，購買金額約5661萬美元儲能設備(包括儲能電池及相關部件的儲能設備)。
從事太陽能及儲能項目屬于本集團之日常及一般業務范圍。擬采購的儲能設備將用于項目。
