據路透社報道，故障追蹤網站DownDetector的數據顯示，當地時間2月17日，在美國超過24萬用戶報告稱，無法訪問視頻網站YouTube。
報道稱，據Downdetector統計，截至美國東部時間晚上7點59分左右，已有240707起用戶報告社交媒體平臺故障。Downdetector通過匯總來自多個來源的狀態報告來追蹤網絡中斷情況。
