2月12日獲悉，經土地權利人申請，自貿青島片區自然資源局擬對已出讓的一宗國有建設用地使用權土地用途進行變更，地塊位于中德生態園山王河路以北、紫荊山路以西，土地面積42035㎡，原土地用途為科研用地、商業用地，擬變更為商業用地，權利人為青島德霄建設有限公司。
