“坐高鐵不用自己扛行李了”上熱搜，網友：越來越人性化了！

春運馬上要開始了！一個好消息，乘高鐵出行可以不用自己扛著大包小包了。

中鐵快運自1月15日起擴大“輕裝行”服務試點范圍，新增哈爾濱、長春、天津、石家莊、西安、南昌、南寧、烏魯木齊、拉薩等城市的92個車站，總數達到111個，基本覆蓋全國省會城市、直轄市、計劃單列市，減輕旅客攜帶大件行李負擔，讓乘坐火車出行更輕松 。

A new railway service is set to make high-speed rail journeys across China significantly more convenient by eliminating the hassle of carrying heavy luggage. Starting Jan 15, China Railway Express has substantially expanded the pilot program of its "Travel Light" service.

The service is now available at 92 additional stations in cities including Harbin, Changchun, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang, Xi'an, Nanchang, Nanning, Urumqi, and Lhasa, bringing the total number of participating stations to 111.

什么是“輕裝行”服務？

“輕裝行”是鐵路部門為旅客出行提供的“門到站”“站到門”同城行李搬運服務。在同城距離車站35公里內，旅客根據實際需要可選擇以下兩種“輕裝行”服務：

The "Travel Light" service offers door-to-station or station-to-door luggage handling within a 35-kilometer radius of participating railway stations.

• 出發旅客“門到站”行李搬運服務。辦理從出發地到車站的業務，可在開車前48小時至4小時預約，由工作人員到旅客指定位置上門收取符合托運規定的行李并搬運至出發車站，通過安檢后，按照預約要求，在開車前30分鐘將行李存入服務柜或在開車前10分鐘送至站臺。

• 到達旅客“站到門”行李搬運服務。辦理由車站到目的地的業務，可在列車到站前24小時至1小時進行預約，工作人員在取件后5小時內送達指定位置。

Departing passengers can schedule a pickup from their location 48 hours to 4 hours before their train departs, with staff delivering the luggage either to a station locker before departure or directly to the platform. Arriving passengers may arrange for their luggage to be collected from the platform or a station locker and delivered to their destination within five hours of arrival.

“輕裝行”服務如何預約？

第一步：打開鐵路12306App或者微信小程序，在首頁中部應用處往左滑，找到“全部應用”，點擊進入后找到【輕裝行】模塊。

第二步：點擊【輕裝行】，頁面會彈出“輕裝行”辦理流程介紹，仔細看完后，點擊【預約下單】。

第三步：選擇車票，填寫寄件人信息，取件地址，行李數量、重量這些詳細信息，接著根據需求，選擇運送達方式。

最后，別忘了給行李拍幾張清晰的照片上傳，方便工作人員核對，確認無誤后點擊提交，這樣就成功預約啦！預約成功后會收到訂單信息和取件碼、寄件碼，一定要保存好。

“輕裝行”服務如何收費？

“輕裝行” 服務試點按件計費，價格為：

• “出發地至車站”和“車站至目的地”68元/件；

• “出發地至所乘列車站臺”和“所乘列車站臺至目的地”98元/件。

試點成熟后，將根據市場需求、運營成本等因素動態調整。對于商務座旅客，在北京西、北京南、廣州南、上海、上海虹橋、杭州東6個車站可搬運行李到車站商務座候車廳，服務價格為98元/件。

During the pilot phase, the service charges a flat rate per item. Door-to-station or station-to-door delivery costs 68 yuan per piece, while door-to-platform or platform-to-door service is priced at 98 yuan.

Business-class passengers at six major stations, including Beijing South, Shanghai Hongqiao, and Guangzhou South, can also opt for lounge delivery for 98 yuan per item. Fees may be adjusted after the trial period based on operational factors and demand.

哪些行李可以選擇“輕裝行”服務？

“輕裝行”服務的行李重量和尺寸需符合《國鐵集團鐵路旅客運輸規程》規定，即每名兒童旅客可攜帶10公斤，每名外交人員可攜帶35公斤，其他旅客每人可攜帶20公斤，普速列車單件行李長寬高之和不超過160厘米，動車組列車單件行李長寬高之和不超過130厘米。同時還應符合國家鐵路局、公安部公布的《鐵路旅客禁止、限制攜帶和托運物品目錄》相關要求。

All items must comply with national railway regulations regarding weight, dimensions, and prohibited items. Generally, for most passengers, luggage must not exceed 20 kilograms. Size limits are 160 cm (length + width + height) for conventional trains and 130 cm for high-speed bullet trains.
