近日，廣東廣州一女子吐槽在山姆購入的紅豆奶油面包中，發現疑似刀片的異物，好在未食用、未受傷。
隨后女子稱申請了售后，山姆派騎手將物品取回。她聯系客服反饋后，山姆方承諾賠付1000元，需到線下門店走流程領取。
該女子表示，短期內不會再購買山姆的食品，待陰影消退再說；日用品因已繳會員費，仍會正常采購。目前此事已處理完畢。
