財聯社1月10日電，為規范互聯網應用程序個人信息收集使用活動，保護個人信息權益，促進個人信息合理利用，根據《中華人民共和國網絡安全法》《中華人民共和國個人信息保護法》《網絡數據安全管理條例》等法律法規，國家互聯網信息辦公室起草了《互聯網應用程序個人信息收集使用規定（征求意見稿）》，現向社會公開征求意見。意見反饋截止時間為2026年2月9日。
