近日，有公開報道指出，據具有檢驗資質的第三方檢測機構檢測結果顯示，在韓束豐盈緊致精華面膜中檢測出0.07pg/g的表皮生長因子；而在另一款韓束嫩白透亮面膜中，這一數值更高，達到3.21pg/g。
對此，韓束電商平臺客服回應稱，品牌已經關注到相關報道，在報道播出后的第一時間，公司已立即啟動全面自查程序，展開相關情況的核查與追溯工作。
