記者25日從北京市經信局獲悉，近日正式印發的《北京市開源生態體系建設實施方案（2026—2028年）》明確，北京力爭培育10個具有國際影響力的開源項目，其中國際引領的開源項目不少于5個；培育30個國內明星開源項目，其中人工智能領域開源項目不少于10個，實現100個行業大模型落地應用。
