12月23日，中郵人壽發布公告稱，該公司參與舉牌四川路橋建設集團股份有限公司（以下簡稱“四川路橋”）股票。本次舉牌四川路橋股票的參與方為中郵人壽，受托管理人為中郵保險資管。
本次舉牌前，中郵人壽直接持有四川路橋股票4.3467億股，占其總股本比例為4.9987%。2025年12月17日，中郵人壽買入四川路橋股票11.43萬股觸發舉牌。本次舉牌后，中郵人壽直接持有四川路橋股票4.3478億股，占其總股本比例為5.0000%。
