deposit: 押金

utilities: 水電煤等雜費(fèi)

furnished: 配有家具的
Example: The apartment is fully furnished.

lease: 租約
Example: They signed a one-year lease.
（他們簽了一年的租約。）
roommate: 室友

maintenance: 維修
