據河北省防汛抗旱指揮部，受冷暖空氣和臺風“杜蘇芮”共同影響，自7月27日起，河北省大部出現強降雨過程。截至今天12時，此次強降雨造成河北省87個縣（區）540703人受災。其中因災死亡9人（保定市4人，邢臺市5人），因災失蹤6人（保定市2人，邢臺市4人）。
