中年以后，別硬扛，別死磕。放下“內(nèi)耗”，讓自己喘口氣。家里有點(diǎn)小亂，老婆孩子鬧點(diǎn)情緒，不妨當(dāng)個(gè)“擺爛大師”，幽默一下。錢少了可以再賺，時(shí)間少了可以擠，唯獨(dú)健康只此一份。與其一直追求完美，不如學(xué)會(huì)“糊涂一點(diǎn)”，讓自己自在一點(diǎn)。
