當地時間4月22日，俄羅斯總統新聞秘書佩斯科夫表示，俄總統普京愿與烏總統澤連斯基會面，但只有在協議最終確定階段，這樣的會面才能富有成效。
佩斯科夫說，上述會面必須有明確的目的。莫斯科方面未看到基輔政權有解決沖突的政治意愿。（總臺記者 王新俊）
