4月18日，金華開發區金桂院小區居民樓外墻立面上，維修工人正在進行提升改造作業。
去年下半年，金桂院、蘇桂院小區居民樓相繼出現外墻保溫層鼓包、脫落等安全隱患，金華開發區有關部門迅速行動起來，啟動小區居民樓外墻立面提升改造工程，解民憂惠民生。
