【中指研究院：3月50城住宅租金止跌回升】根據中指研究院發布的50城住宅租賃價格指數顯示，近兩個月我國住房租賃市場呈現階段性向好態勢，其中2月50城住宅平均租金環比下跌0.11%，跌幅已較1月收窄了0.34個百分點，租金下行態勢明顯放緩；3月，市場回升傾向進一步顯現，50城住宅平均租金環比轉漲0.09%，漲幅居近24個月以來高位，市場活躍度顯著提升。(中新經緯APP)
