2026年3月17日15時(shí)30分許，蒲某駕駛川Q10***號(hào)普通二輪摩托車行駛至宜賓市敘州區(qū)蜀南大道東段時(shí)，未按規(guī)定佩戴安全頭盔并做出“翹頭”的危險(xiǎn)動(dòng)作。
宜賓交警直屬二大隊(duì)發(fā)現(xiàn)后迅速固定違法證據(jù)并通過技術(shù)手段聯(lián)動(dòng)布控，在安全路段將蒲某攔截。執(zhí)勤民警依法對(duì)其多項(xiàng)違法行為合并處以罰款250元、駕駛證記3分、行政拘留7日的處罰。（宜賓公安交警）
