財聯社3月3日電，烏克蘭總理斯維里堅科表示，烏克蘭已收到國際貨幣基金組織（IMF）依據新的四年期計劃撥付的首筆援助款項。斯維里堅科稱，這筆15億美元的資金已納入國家預算，該計劃總規模為81億美元。斯維里堅科介紹稱，自沖突全面爆發以來，烏克蘭國家預算已累計獲得國際貨幣基金組織提供的149億美元財政援助。
