“36斤活羊烤完剩6.9斤”，官方通報(bào)

今天（24日），重慶市南岸區(qū)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局發(fā)布情況通報(bào)。

Chongqing's Nan'an District Market Supervision Administration issued a notice on Tuesday regarding a viral social media incident involving a roasted whole sheep restaurant.

通報(bào)稱(chēng)，近日，網(wǎng)傳“在大草原烤全羊店就餐時(shí)，36斤活羊烤制完成后重6.9斤”一事，引發(fā)社會(huì)關(guān)注。對(duì)此，重慶市南岸區(qū)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局高度重視，成立調(diào)查組，通過(guò)與消費(fèi)者溝通、詢(xún)問(wèn)商家負(fù)責(zé)人及員工、調(diào)取商家進(jìn)貨臺(tái)賬及交易記錄、查看現(xiàn)場(chǎng)視頻、委托法定檢定機(jī)構(gòu)檢查計(jì)量器具等方式進(jìn)行核查。現(xiàn)將相關(guān)情況通報(bào)如下：

消費(fèi)者通過(guò)美團(tuán)平臺(tái)購(gòu)買(mǎi)“大草原烤全羊南濱路鐘樓店”（系個(gè)體工商戶(hù)，營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照名稱(chēng)為“南岸區(qū)業(yè)態(tài)餐飲店”）烤全羊套餐后，于2026年2月16日11:01到店選羊，并現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督活羊的稱(chēng)重（活羊重量為36斤）和宰殺，并對(duì)羊腿、羊尾分別做了標(biāo)記。當(dāng)天19:00左右，消費(fèi)者到店后對(duì)之前相關(guān)標(biāo)記進(jìn)行了確認(rèn)，但對(duì)烤制后的成品羊提出異議，認(rèn)為“體積過(guò)小”，并經(jīng)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)稱(chēng)重，實(shí)際重量為6.9斤（不含羊頭、羊血、羊蹄、羊皮、羊內(nèi)臟等）。經(jīng)調(diào)查，該商家從購(gòu)進(jìn)活羊到宰殺前，曾非正常持續(xù)給羊投喂玉米、干草等飼料和水，以達(dá)到虛增活羊重量的目的。

At around 7:00 pm that day, the consumer confirmed the marks but disputed the size of the cooked sheep, finding it "too small". An on-site weighing showed the finished product weighed only 6.9

The investigation revealed the business engaged in "abnormally continuous" feeding of corn, hay, and water to the live sheep before slaughter, with the deliberate aim of artificially increasing its weight.

該店涉嫌違反《中華人民共和國(guó)消費(fèi)者權(quán)益保護(hù)法》有關(guān)規(guī)定，重慶市南岸區(qū)市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理局已責(zé)令其停止違法行為、按照“退一賠三”賠付消費(fèi)者費(fèi)用，并根據(jù)后續(xù)調(diào)查情況依法依規(guī)嚴(yán)肅處理，堅(jiān)決維護(hù)誠(chéng)信經(jīng)營(yíng)市場(chǎng)秩序，切實(shí)保護(hù)消費(fèi)者合法權(quán)益。

The restaurant's actions are suspected of violating the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People's Republic of China. The Nan'an District Market Supervision Administration has ordered the business to cease its illegal activities and compensate the consumer according to the "refund and triple compensation" rule. Further strict action will be taken based on subsequent investigation results.

據(jù)荔枝新聞，重慶的王女士反映，除夕夜帶著家人在大草原烤全羊重慶南濱路店購(gòu)買(mǎi)了1188元套餐，到店后稱(chēng)重活羊?yàn)?6斤，結(jié)果烤完端上來(lái)后王女士覺(jué)得有些不太對(duì)。“羊特別小還很薄，幾乎沒(méi)有肉。”

隨后王女士要求商家稱(chēng)重，商家向她解釋?zhuān)蛉饪就旰笾皇Ｏ滤某桑芙^復(fù)稱(chēng)。

王女士選擇報(bào)警，警方到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)后，商家復(fù)稱(chēng)了羊肉，顯示只有6.9斤。

王女士說(shuō)，商家這時(shí)又向她解釋?zhuān)瑲⑼暄蛉チ藘?nèi)臟重量只剩四成，燒烤后羊肉重量還會(huì)有損失。

記者隨后向涉事門(mén)店核實(shí)，工作人員向記者解釋?zhuān)钛蚍Q(chēng)重宰殺，都是經(jīng)過(guò)消費(fèi)者確認(rèn)的，同時(shí)對(duì)羊腿還做了標(biāo)記。
