據山西氣象發布消息，2月21日全省晴天間多云，大部分地區有5—6級、短時7—9級或以上西北風，并伴有揚沙或浮塵天氣，北中部局部地區有沙塵暴；北部局部地區有陣性雨雪；氣溫明顯下降。呂梁境內出現浮塵天氣。（高增平）
