2月16日，西藏那曲網友拍攝的視頻顯示，一只大黑熊不停拍擊飯店卷簾門，隨后一只小熊跟來。
另一個視角中，熊打開卷簾門鉆進屋內。事發飯店老板稱他已回老家，店內無人，但還存放有一些食物，可能是熊覓食闖入店內。（澎湃新聞）
