近日，金融監管總局聯合市場監管總局、中國人民銀行，對攜程旅行、高德地圖、同程旅行、飛豬旅行、航旅縱橫、去哪兒旅行等六家出行平臺企業進行約談。針對上述企業在與金融機構合作開展借貸業務中存在的問題，要求其規范營銷行為，不得使用誤導性宣傳用語；清晰披露貸款機構名稱及信貸產品信息，并向借款人明確提示理性借貸；暢通客戶投訴渠道，及時回應并妥善處理消費糾紛，著力提升服務品質，切實保障消費者合法權益。
