2月11日，智譜正式發布GLM-5。摩爾線程宣布，基于SGLang推理框架，其旗艦級全功能GPU MTT S5000已在發布當天（Day-0）完成對GLM-5的全流程適配與驗證。
據業內人士透露，MTT S5000單卡FP8算力可達1000TFLOPS，實測性能對標英偉達H100，在產品精度上已超越H100，接近Blackwell架構。在智源RoboBrain 2.5及千億參數模型訓練中，該卡與H100結果高度重合，關鍵指標誤差僅在千分之幾。此外，該卡聯合硅基流動完成了DeepSeek-V3滿血版適配，刷新國產GPU推理紀錄。
