2月6日，湖南邵陽，兩名印度籍飛餅師傅被認定為外籍專家，并每人發放1000元慰問費，引發網友關注。邵東市科工局工作人員接受采訪稱，確有發放相關費用，但外籍專家的認定和錢款來源都是邵陽市科技局，“我們只是經辦單位，也在等邵陽科技局的答復”。
