新華社河內1月2日電（記者劉潁）據越通社報道，越南多樂省2日上午發生一起河堤坍塌事故，造成4人死亡。
報道說，這4人進入混凝土堤岸下方躲雨，混凝土結構突然坍塌，4人被困其中身亡。
