Emphasizing the metaphor of tradition and innovation, Baker Bleu weaves the art of artisanal bread-making into every design detail. The space takes sourdough alveoli as a creative clue, using recycled aluminium panelling to echo the texture of bread crusts, blending ancient craftsmanship with modern minimalism. Here, baked goods are not just food but artworks, and the store becomes a dialogue field between tradition and progress.
強調傳統與創新的隱喻敘事,貝克?布魯面包店(Baker Bleu)將手工烘焙藝術融入每一處設計細節。空間以酸面包氣孔為創意線索,采用再生鋁飾面板呼應面包肌理,讓古老工藝與現代極簡主義相融。在這里,烘焙品不再是單純的食物,而是一件件藝術品,店鋪則成為傳統與進階的對話場域。

The recycled aluminium panelling, a defining material, adorns both ceilings and key surfaces, softening acoustics while embodying sustainability. Inspired by bread’s porous texture, it carries the brand’s commitment to reducing waste—complementing compostable materials used throughout the business. The monolithic point-of-sale, with its textured elevation and polished steel top, frames the baked goods like a gallery, turning the act of purchasing into an aesthetic experience.
再生鋁飾面板作為核心材質,覆蓋天花板與關鍵界面,既柔化了聲學效果,又彰顯了可持續理念。其設計靈感源自面包的多孔質地,承載著品牌減少浪費的承諾,與店內全面使用的可降解材料相得益彰。整體式收銀臺以紋理立面搭配拋光鋼臺面,將烘焙品如藝術品般陳列,讓消費行為成為一場美學體驗。

The L-shaped joinery wall rationalizes the irregular floorplan, guiding circulation while separating the retail area from the commercial kitchen. It frames views of the central bread display and digital menu, creating a cohesive flow. Beside it, a large American Oak table anchors the queuing space, displaying curated retail products that complement the baked offerings. This functional design balances efficiency with warmth, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
L 型木工墻梳理了不規則的平面布局,引導人流的同時分隔零售區與商用廚房,框定出中央面包展示區與數字菜單的視野,形成連貫動線。旁邊的大型美國橡木桌成為排隊區域的核心,陳列著精選周邊產品,與烘焙品相得益彰。這一功能性設計在效率與溫度間找到平衡,為顧客打造了流暢無阻的體驗旅程。

Minimalist material palette—warm grey terrazzo flooring, folded galvanised steel shelving, and solid timber elements—creates a neutral backdrop that makes the colorful baked goods stand out. The seating alcove, with awning windows opening to Dover Street, activates the storefront and blurs indoor-outdoor boundaries. Bench seating atop I-beam bases and a curved banquette (serving as both seating and espresso bar) maximize space utility. Soft upholstery, timber stools, and custom metal-base tables blend flexibility with comfort. The coffee pass near the takeaway window and self-serve water station enhance convenience, embodying a design that balances aesthetics, function, and human connection.
帶遮陽窗的座位壁龕朝向多佛街敞開,激活了店面活力,模糊了室內外界限。I 型梁底座的長凳與弧形卡座(兼具座位與濃縮咖啡吧臺功能)最大化利用空間,柔軟軟裝、實木凳子與定制金屬底座桌子兼顧靈活性與舒適度。外賣窗口旁的取餐臺與自助飲水站提升了便利性,詮釋了兼顧美學、功能與人情連接的設計理念。
