在12月22日外交部例行記者會上，有記者提問稱，韓國與美國決定于明年啟動磋商，以落實兩國領導人就韓國建造核動力潛艇、鈾濃縮等事項達成的共識。對此有中國軍事專家在中國媒體表示，這一動向會破壞防擴散體系。中方如何看待這一問題？
對此，發(fā)言人林劍表示，關于美韓的核潛艇合作，中方已經(jīng)就有關問題多次表明立場，希望韓方審慎處理。
