本周我們學(xué)習(xí)和規(guī)劃計(jì)劃的詞匯

1. itinerary/a?'t?n(?)(r?)r?/

n. 路線(xiàn);旅程

e.g. We planned a detailed itinerary.

e.g. The tour operator will arrange transport and plan your itinerary.

搭配補(bǔ)充；

draw up an itinerary 制定行程

stick to an itinerary 遵循行程

e.g. We need to stick to the itinerary if we want to catch the last ferry.

e.g. She spent the whole evening drawing up an itinerary.

2. fizzle /'f?z(?)l/

v. 虎頭蛇尾地結(jié)束;草草收?qǐng)觯?/p>

搭配：fizzle out：同fizzle

e.g. The plan fizzled out after people lost interest.

e.g. The project started strong, but eventuallyfizzled.

習(xí)語(yǔ)補(bǔ)充：start with a bang but fizzle out 虎頭蛇尾;三分鐘熱度

e.g. The show started with a bang but quickly fizzled out as the plot got repetitive.

近義表達(dá)：start strong but die out.

e.g. My study plan started strong but died out halfway through the semester.

3. foolproof /'fu?lpru?f/

adj.萬(wàn)無(wú)一失的 / 不會(huì)出錯(cuò)的

e.g. It is a foolproof plan—there’s no way we can fail.

e.g. We created a foolproof plan by breaking down each step into simple, manageable tasks.

4. sidetrack /?sa?d?tr?k/

v. 偏離主題;偏離正軌

搭配補(bǔ)充：

be/ get sidetracked by something 被某事分心

sidetrack someone from something 讓某人偏離計(jì)劃/ 主題

e.g. Though trying to stick to plans, I got sidetracked by stuff at work.

e.g．While employees may plan their tasks carefully, they are often sidetracked by unexpected duties, which reduces productivity.

e.g. Don’t let minor issues sidetrack you from your main objectives.

類(lèi)似表達(dá)：go off track / go off course

e.g. Many students get off track during exam preparation due to distractions at home.

反義：get back on track 回到正軌

e.g. I need to get back on track after falling behind in my schedule.
