12月17日，據自然資源部中國地質調查局，由中國地質科學院科研人員發現并申請的新礦物——鎳鉍銻砷硫化物獲得正式批準，中文名定為金秀礦。金秀礦發現于我國廣西壯族自治區金秀瑤族自治縣龍華鎳鈷礦床中，它的發現，對熱液鎳鈷礦床的成因研究和指導找礦突破具有重大意義。（央視新聞）
