聯(lián)合國婦女署中國辦公室現(xiàn)招募兩名項(xiàng)目助理 Programme Assistant (Chinese Nationals Only)。

性別與氣候項(xiàng)目助理將負(fù)責(zé)為性別與氣候變化項(xiàng)目及婦女經(jīng)濟(jì)賦權(quán)（WEE）項(xiàng)目提供行政與財(cái)務(wù)支持。在氣候變化項(xiàng)目分析師的指導(dǎo)下，項(xiàng)目助理將執(zhí)行各類標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化行政事務(wù)，確保工作質(zhì)量。

項(xiàng)目助理將與中國辦公室的項(xiàng)目管理人員及其他同事緊密合作，并根據(jù)需要遠(yuǎn)程對接聯(lián)合國婦女署亞太區(qū)域辦公室、總部及其他聯(lián)合國機(jī)構(gòu)的工作人員，以確保服務(wù)的連貫性，并協(xié)助解決復(fù)雜的行政和財(cái)務(wù)相關(guān)問題。

技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

Education and certification：

• A Bachelor degree is required;

• Master and above, and bachelor’s degree in Business or Public Administration or related fields is an asset.

Experience:

• Bachelors with at least 5 years, or Masters with at least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, procurement, HR, or logistic support service;

• Excellent skills of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.);

• Experience in the use of ATLAS/Quantum is an asset.

• Demonstrated abilities of task tracking, fast learning and quick response;?

• Able to work independently and under strict deadlines is required;?

• Understanding of international development, resource mobilization, and the UN context is an asset.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required;

• Knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.

消除針對婦女和女童的暴力項(xiàng)目助理將在項(xiàng)目分析師的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)為項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)提供財(cái)務(wù)和行政支持，并與其他項(xiàng)目分析師及助理密切合作，協(xié)助推動(dòng)以核心和非核心資金支持的婦女賦權(quán)和性別平等項(xiàng)目在中國的開發(fā)和實(shí)施。

項(xiàng)目助理的工作涵蓋研究、財(cái)務(wù)管理和項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行，提供必要的運(yùn)營、行政和項(xiàng)目支持。并根據(jù)需要，與中國辦公室和區(qū)域辦公室的運(yùn)營團(tuán)隊(duì)緊密合作，協(xié)助解決復(fù)雜的財(cái)務(wù)問題。

技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)：

Education and certification：

• Secondary Education preferably with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance, international studies, social science is required;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, International Relations and Social Sciences would be desirable.

Experience:

• Minimum five years (with Secondary education) or minimum three years (with Bachelor’s degree) of relevant administrative or programme management experience is required at the national or international level;

• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages;?

• Experience of organizing and completing multiple tasks by establishing priorities;?

• Experience of administering and executing project budget management is an asset;

• Experience of managing data, documents, correspondence and reports information and workflow is highly recommended;

• Experience of ERP System, especially ATLAS would be an advantage.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese is required;

• Working knowledge of the other UN official working language is an asset.
