人到了一定年紀(jì)，才慢慢懂得，生活里很多事情，真的沒必要太較真。

和家人爭對錯，就算爭贏了，最后傷的還是彼此的感情。和外人爭長短，就算占了上風(fēng)，也只是白白消耗自己的精力。

中年之后，最舒服的狀態(tài)，其實就是心平氣和。不為別人的一句話耿耿于懷，不為一件小事糾結(jié)半天，更不會因為別人的態(tài)度，影響自己一整天的心情。

婚姻里，少一點指責(zé)，多一點體諒；日子里，少一點抱怨，多一點知足。

真正成熟的人，都學(xué)會了沉默、看淡、放下。不和爛人爛事糾纏，不對無關(guān)緊要的人浪費情緒。

余生真的不長，把自己的心情照顧好，比什么都重要。不吵、不鬧、不計較，安安靜靜過日子，踏踏實實過生活，就是最好的活法。
