回憶只是人生的點綴，不是生活的全部

人活得太累，皆因執(zhí)念太深

人這一生，步履匆匆，大半的疲憊，從不是身體的勞碌，而是內(nèi)心的負(fù)累。我們總在世事里糾纏，在情緒里內(nèi)耗，說到底，不過是想不開、放不下、看不透、忘不了，被執(zhí)念牽著走，把日子過成了負(fù)重前行。

想不開，是跟自己較勁。總糾結(jié)于一時的得失，執(zhí)念于未完成的遺憾，對旁人的一句話、一件事反復(fù)琢磨，把簡單的事情復(fù)雜化，把短暫的煩惱無限放大。明明是過眼云煙的小事，卻非要鉆牛角尖，不肯放過自己，讓焦慮和煩躁占據(jù)內(nèi)心，徒增無數(shù)煩惱。人生本就沒有完美，事事強求圓滿，只會被執(zhí)念困住，越想越累。

放不下，是跟過往糾纏。得不到的人，已失去的物，錯過的機遇，受過的傷害，明明早已成為過去，卻始終攥在心里不肯松手。我們背著過往的包袱前行，把遺憾藏在心底，把傷痛記在心頭，每走一步都被回憶牽絆，腳步自然沉重。要知道，人生是單行路，放下過往的包袱，才能輕裝前行，放過別人，更是救贖自己。

忘不了，是讓回憶困住當(dāng)下。開心的過往、難過的經(jīng)歷，都在心里反復(fù)回味，沉浸在過去的情緒里，無法專注眼前的生活。其實，回憶只是人生的點綴，不是生活的全部，過度沉溺，只會錯過眼前的風(fēng)景，辜負(fù)當(dāng)下的時光。
