別總在意別人的眼光，不用活成別人期待的樣子

在北京這座快節奏的城市里，打拼十年的三十歲媽媽林曉，每天周旋于工作與家庭之間，被各種壓力緊緊包裹著。她心里滿是委屈與疲憊，卻從不在朋友圈表露，只是默默把情緒藏起來，獨自扛下所有。

長大后的社交，也慢慢從熱鬧變成了沉默。年輕時遇到點事就想發朋友圈吐槽，開心難過都想分享，可如今編輯好的文字，最后還是刪掉。就像在菜市場買菜，有人為了幾毛錢和攤主計較，轉身卻笑著給孩子買零食，成年人的世界，連情緒都要分場合收斂。

生活里的壓力從來不會消失，與其一直憋在心里，不如學會合理釋放。可以每天留十分鐘給自己，聽聽歌、散散步，不用強迫自己時刻堅強，偶爾放松一下，心里會舒服很多。

別總在意別人的眼光，不用活成別人期待的樣子。發朋友圈不用小心翼翼，想說的話可以說給信任的人聽，不用事事都自己扛，適當傾訴也是放過自己。
