愛自己，永遠(yuǎn)是中年女人一生的課題

為什么偏偏在這個年紀(jì)，遇到一個讓自己產(chǎn)生“生理性喜歡”的人，就再也無法輕易放手？

這并非不知羞恥，也不是老房子著火沒得救，而是人性深處最本能的渴望。

那是一種靈魂深處的契合，是久旱逢甘霖的懂得。

是終于有一個人，透過你堅(jiān)強(qiáng)的外表，看穿了你藏在歲月里的疲憊；是終于有一個人，不需要你刻意偽裝，不需要你勉強(qiáng)遷就，就能接住你所有的脆弱。她們見過太多感情里的虛偽，經(jīng)歷過太多生活的一地雞毛，早就練就了一身銅皮鐵骨。可偏偏面對這份發(fā)自內(nèi)心的、帶著體溫的喜歡，所有的防備都在頃刻間土崩瓦解。

這是貪心嗎？或許吧。但這更是對幸福最后的一次執(zhí)著，是對自我生命力的最后一次確認(rèn)。

我特別理解這份難以放手。因?yàn)檫@世間，懂你的人本就寥寥無幾，而在中年還能讓你重拾心動的人，更是鳳毛麟角。前半生在婚姻里消磨了激情，在生活里磨滅了光芒，好不容易遇到一個能讓自己眼睛重新發(fā)光的人，這種刻在骨子里的吸引力，怎么可能說放就放？那種感覺，就像是溺水的人抓住了浮木，黑暗中的行者看到了微光，誰能輕易松開手？

但是，理解歸理解，作為過來人，我依然想潑一盆冷水，說說我的觀點(diǎn)。

中年人的喜歡，確實(shí)難得且珍貴，但它絕不應(yīng)該是你生活的全部，更不應(yīng)該成為毀滅你的導(dǎo)火索。你可以心動，可以珍惜這份相遇帶來的美好，但請務(wù)必保持清醒。別為了那一瞬間的溫暖，打亂了原本安穩(wěn)的生活節(jié)奏；別為了讓這份純粹的喜歡延續(xù)，而讓自己陷入萬劫不復(fù)的深淵。

人到中年，最好的感情狀態(tài)，或許是“發(fā)乎情，止乎禮”。遇見時，好好珍惜那份心動，感謝他讓你覺得自己還活著，還值得被愛。但如果注定無法相守，那就學(xué)會體面地放手。不糾纏，不執(zhí)念，不讓這份美好的喜歡，變成傷害自己、傷害家人的利器。
