在回答有關一名摩洛哥留學生見義勇為的問題時，毛寧表示，我也關注到了這個消息，這位摩洛哥留學生挺身而出、見義勇為，令人感動。善良沒有國界，我們為他點贊。我想這也是中外青年友好最生動和鮮活的例證。
