據央視新聞消息，4月9日，外交部發言人毛寧主持例行記者會。有記者問：美國總統特朗普在“真實社交”平臺上表示，任何向伊朗供應軍事武器的國家，其出口到美國的所有商品都將立即被征收50%的關稅，措施即刻生效。請問外交部對此有何評論？
毛寧表示，中方的立場非常明確，關稅戰沒有贏家。
