今天起，國內燃油附加費上調

日前，國航、廈航、中聯航等多家航司發布公告，調整國內航線旅客運輸燃油附加費收取標準。

Several Chinese carriers, including Air China, Xiamen Airlines, and China United Airlines, have recently announced adjustments to their fuel surcharge policies for domestic passenger flights.

自2026年4月5日（含）起銷售的客票，國內航線旅客運輸燃油附加費收取標準調整為：800公里（含）以下航段，每位旅客收取人民幣60元；800公里以上航段，每位旅客收取人民幣120元。

For tickets issued on or after April 5, 2026, the revised fuel surcharge rates for domestic routes stand at 60 yuan per passenger for routes under 800 km (inclusive) and 120 yuan per passenger for those above 800 km.

按規定享受國內民航成人普通票價10%的嬰兒，免收燃油附加費。

Infants entitled to 10% of the normal adult fare under applicable regulations are exempt from the fuel surcharge.

按規定購買國內民航成人普通票價50%的兒童（含無成人陪伴兒童）、革命傷殘軍人和因公致殘的人民警察，旅客運輸燃油附加費收取標準為：800公里（含）以下航段，每位旅客收取人民幣30元；800公里以上航段，每位旅客收取人民幣60元。

For passengers eligible for 50% of the normal adult fare under applicable regulations — including children (and unaccompanied minors), disabled revolutionary servicemen, and police officers disabled in the line of duty — the revised fuel surcharge rates stand at 30 yuan per passenger for routes under 800 km (inclusive) and 60 yuan per passenger for those above 800 km.

燃油附加費的起征日期以原出票日期為準，2026年4月5日以前銷售的國內客票，如變更至2026年4月5日（含）以后，已收取的燃油附加費不退不補。

The fuel surcharge is determined based on the original ticket issuance date. For domestic tickets issued before April 5, 2026, but later changed to a travel date on or after that date, the fuel surcharge already collected will neither be refunded nor retroactively charged.
