滄州南皮縣大浪淀鄉祁家洼村西，農田旁驚現黑臭滲坑，就在村民麥田旁邊，有兩處。附近養殖場的糞便直接排到坑塘里。水體發黑渾濁。
坑塘的水質到底有沒有問題？附近麥田是否受到影響？不信謠，不傳謠！
