近日，中共中央辦公廳印發通知，在全黨開展樹立和踐行正確政績觀學習教育（以下簡稱學習教育）。學習教育以縣處級以上領導班子和領導干部特別是“一把手”為重點，于2026年春節假期后啟動、7月底基本結束。

The General Office of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee has issued a circular to launch a Party-wide campaign to guide CPC members, especially officials, in establishing and practicing a correct understanding of what it means to perform well. The campaign, running from late February to July, will focus on leadership teams and leading officials of the CPC at the county and director level and above, with particular emphasis on chief officials, according to the circular.

2026年2月，中共中央辦公廳印發《關于在全黨開展樹立和踐行正確政績觀學習教育的通知》（以下簡稱《通知》）。

《通知》明確，要堅持以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導，深入貫徹黨的二十大和二十屆歷次全會精神，認真落實四中全會部署，全面貫徹習近平總書記關于樹立和踐行正確政績觀的重要論述，持之以恒推進全面從嚴治黨，以立黨為公、為民造福、科學決策、真抓實干為總要求，以一體推進學查改為抓手，教育引導各級黨組織和黨員、干部堅持實事求是、求真務實，為人民出政績、以實干出政績，有效防范和糾治政績觀偏差，堅決有力貫徹落實黨中央重大決策部署，完整準確全面貫徹新發展理念，加快構建新發展格局，著力推動高質量發展，創造經得起實踐、人民、歷史檢驗的實績，推動“十五五”開好局、起好步，為以中國式現代化全面推進強國建設、民族復興偉業提供有力保障。

【重要講話】

各級干部特別是領導干部要進一步加強學習，鉆研黨的創新理論，提高專業素養，增強實干本領。要樹立和踐行正確政績觀，堅持從實際出發、按規律辦事，自覺為人民出政績、以實干出政績。

Officials at all levels, especially leading ones, must engage in more learning, study the Party's new theories, raise their level of expertise, and sharpen their skills in doing specific work. It is essential to have a correct understanding of what it means to perform well and act in accordance with it, and, in line with the way things should be done, take the initiative to deliver results for the people through hard work in a down-to-earth manner.

The Party committees, governments, and officials at all levels must constantly hold in their hearts the interests and concerns of the people, and regard the benefit of the people as their greatest political achievement; they must think for the people, respond to their needs, and work for the greater happiness of the people.
