為積極應對全省冬小麥晚播、苗情偏弱的生產形勢，2月13日，省財政廳緊急下達5670萬元，支持全省27個縣區開展冬小麥促弱轉壯等相關工作，重點對追加增施提苗肥等防災穩產措施給予適當補助，全力夯實夏糧穩產豐產基礎。（記者任志霞）
