4月19日，美國海軍“斯普魯恩斯”號驅逐艦在阿曼灣，向前往伊朗阿巴斯港的伊朗貨船“Touska”號開火。機艙中彈失去動力，美國海軍陸戰隊員乘直升機登上并控制該船，隨后伊朗向美軍艦艇發射無人機，這也是美伊停火后雙方第一次直接交火。臨時停火時間只剩兩天，照目前這情況來看，搞不好美伊又有重新開戰可能性。
