4月13日，外交部發言人郭嘉昆主持例行記者會。有記者就俄羅斯外長拉夫羅夫將訪華提問。
郭嘉昆表示，拉夫羅夫外長訪華期間，兩國外長將就雙邊關系發展、各領域合作以及共同關心的國際和地區問題交換意見、協調立場。此訪有關具體情況外交部會及時發布。
