國務院辦公廳4月9日公布《關于加快建設分級診療體系的若干措施》。文件提出包括加強緊密型醫聯體內醫療資源共享、加強基層常見病診療和慢性病管理、提升家庭醫生簽約服務質效、暢通首診后患者轉診渠道等13條具體措施，滿足群眾就近就便看病就醫需求，推動醫療衛生服務資源高效配置。
