學生爆哭！一高校“翻轉課堂”引爭議

3月25日，長春人文學院有學生發布視頻哭訴，稱自己在“翻轉課堂”上體驗不佳。

翻轉課堂指的是學生和老師互換角色，讓學生走上講臺，老師扮演聽眾。但有同學借助AI等工具生成課件，她表示聽不懂，更希望回歸傳統課堂、正常寫作業。

A student complaint about the effectiveness of a "flipped classroom" at Changchun Humanities and Sciences College has sparked debate over teaching reforms.

The student posted a video online on Wednesday saying she struggled to follow peer-led presentations, some of which used AI-generated materials, and expressed a preference for traditional lectures.

視頻發布后，不少人對翻轉課堂發表各自態度，也有人擔心學生會被學校施壓，25日這位女生再次發視頻，“學校沒有施壓，反而接受建議，有建議可以在評論區提出，后期會針對課堂模式召開研討會。”

The flipped classroom model requires students to take on teaching roles in class, while instructors act as facilitators rather than primary lecturers. After the video circulated, opinions online were divided, with some supporting more interactive learning and others questioning its practicality.

在評論區中，也有老師留言表示同樣不喜歡這種模式——耗費更多精力不說，還可能耽誤正常教學進度，若不是學校要求教學創新，自己并不愿意采用。

26日，該高校宣傳部門工作人員稱對此事知情，學校正在研究課堂授課模式，“這名學生是愿意學習的，可能壓力比較大，目前學校也在研究對策，還要征求學生們意見。”

The college said on Thursday that it was aware of the situation and was reviewing the teaching approach, adding that student opinions would be considered.

記者注意到，學校官方賬號同樣表示，將在線下設置“開放麥”，供師生就“混合式課堂”進行討論。

理想情況下，翻轉課堂能夠更大程度激發學生的學習主動性，增進師生互動，進而改變“老師滔滔不絕、學生昏昏欲睡”的情況。

在實際教學中，翻轉課堂的效果似乎并沒有預想中那么理想，甚至頻頻“翻車”。近期，中國青年報社社會調查中心的一項調查顯示，41.8%的受訪者覺得流于形式的翻轉課堂或小組討論很“水”。

While intended to promote engagement, the model has shown mixed results in practice. A recent survey found 41.8 percent of respondents considered similar classroom formats superficial.

有媒體評論發文稱，有一種新型“水課”，打著“翻轉課堂”的旗號，將本該激發學生自主研究的教學方式，變成了“課件由學生寫、課由學生講、課后作業也由學生互批”的刻板模式，教師在課堂上全程“隱身”，既不教授知識也不給出建議，只剩一群啥也沒學過的學生進行“菜雞互學”。

讓翻轉課堂不“翻車”，首先要明確一個核心前提：并非所有課堂都適合翻轉；課堂翻轉之后，師生之間也要達成共識，朝著共同的目標一起努力，這是翻轉課堂不“翻車”的關鍵；學校也要清醒認識到這一點，不盲目推行翻轉課堂，而是結合不同學科、不同學段的特點，制定合理的教學要求，同時及時收集師生的意見和建議，持續優化完善。

說到底，教育教學中的任何一項創新與改革，本質上都是如此：形式固然重要，但內容才是根本。唯有摒棄形式主義，注重內容實效，凝聚師生共識，才能讓老師教得舒心、學生學得安心，真正實現教學相長的育人目標。

Observers say its success depends on whether it is suited to specific subjects and whether teachers and students share clear goals, emphasizing that education reform should focus on substance rather than form.
