財聯社2月25日電，墨西哥總統辛鮑姆當地時間24日上午表示，在毒梟“埃爾門喬”被擊斃兩天后，墨西哥各地局勢已經陸續恢復正常。她說，23日仍然存在的7處道路封鎖已被解除，雖然路邊仍有一些被焚毀的車輛，但都將在24日被全部清理。此外，她相信瓜達哈拉哈機場的航班將會在25日恢復正常運行。
